Training Policies

Reservations for training will become confirmed only after payment has been received, Courses may be rescheduled by  Texas Engineering if there is less than 3 confirmed attendees for that date and location, You may reschedule your attendance for a course more than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date and reapply your payment to a later course within 1 year of the original scheduled date or another offered course on a confirmed basis, If you have to reschedule within 30 days of a scheduled course date, we will allow you to enter an equivalent class on a non-confirmed space-available basis with 1 week notice. No refund of training fees are eligible and any increases in training class prices must be paid prior to attendance. No refunds are available for training not completed within one year of payment except in cases of cancellation more than 30 days in advance of a scheduled class.
